Refractometer

Application:
The refractometer is used to optically determine the freezing point of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol as well as the glycol content in cooling agents.

For the test, only three drops of the liquid are needed. The reading in °C and %, as well as the easy and precise focussing ensure a simplified handling.

Furthermore, our refractometers are equipped with an automatic temperature compensation feature. Thus it is possible to adjust differences in measurement resulting from the different temperatures of the samples. The conversion by means of a correction table has become obsolete.
